Business-to-Business Language Learning Internship

NaTakallam is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our B2B program development and partnership-building efforts. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research, program coordination, and customer relationship management within a global, impact-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on academic networks, organizations (NGOs, corporates), and other stakeholders to inform program development and outreach strategies.

• Assist in managing and streamlining the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database, including data cleaning and organization.

• Update and maintain Excel sheets to track program progress, ensuring accurate completion status and session data.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality programs amongst other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

• Demonstrated interest in program coordination, customer support, or education management.

• Strong proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Ability to work part-time or full-time based on internship requirements average 20 hours.

Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Canva, Excel, and Salesmate is mandatory. 

• Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of program data.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively support the team

Duration: 

• This internship requires a commitment of at least 3 months, with a strong preference for candidates who can commit to 6 months.
