NaTakallam is seeking a Business Development Intern for the B2B Language Department, with a strong understanding of educational and organizational structures in both the United States and Europe. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in global business, business analytics, sales, and marketing.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Clean and maintain accurate data records in NaTakallam’s CRM tool, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

  • Assist in developing outreach strategies for the B2B language department. 

  • Develop materials for the B2B department outreach and marketing.

  • Attending regular check-in meetings with the Head of Organizational Partnership. 

  • Performing other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Academic Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or International Relations.

  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with platforms like Salesmate or similar CRM tools.

  • Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research and provide data-driven insights.

  • Digital Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.

  • Strong Communication: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage tasks and data with accuracy.

  • Passion for Social Impact: Interest in refugee support and global language services.


Internship period:

  • Part-time: up to 25 hours per week with a minimum of 3 months internship
