Background
The B2B Language Learning department delivers language and cultural exchange programs in partnership with organizations, universities, schools, and corporate teams. As we expand, we are introducing a sales function to better convert an existing pipeline of contacts into sustainable partnerships.
Objective of the Role
The Sales Representative will support the development of a structured, qualification-led sales pipeline, focusing on converting targeted leads into partnerships across NGOs, corporate clients, and selected academic institutions.
Scope of Work
Outreach & Lead Engagement
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, CRM-driven)
- Follow up on warm leads and existing contacts
- Re-engage past partners where relevant
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate CRM updates
- Track deal progression across defined stages
- Support lead qualification and prioritization
Sales Conversations & Conversion
- Participate in discovery and initial client conversations
- Support follow-ups and deal progression
- Contribute to closing new partnerships
Market Feedback
- Share insights on messaging, objections, and segment responses
- Support refinement of outreach and positioning
Compensation Structure
- Commission-based role tied to successful deal conversion
- Commission structure to be defined based on deal size and partnership type
- Opportunity to transition into a longer-term or hybrid (base + commission) role based on performance
Required Profile
- 1–3 years in sales, business development, or partnerships (B2B preferred)
- Strong written communication in English and follow-up discipline
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
