About the role

As a Digital Content Producer at NaTakallam, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital content strategy. You will create compelling content that promotes our mission and values, engages our community, and strengthens our brand presence in the education, language learning, cultural exchange, impact, and social entrepreneurship sectors. You’ll be responsible for executing on digital content strategy and bringing our video production capacity to life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and impact globally.

Responsibilities

Content Creation and Analysis:

• Develop and produce high-quality digital content, namely video, including social media posts and multimedia assets as aligned with NaTakallam’s brand voice, mission and strategic objectives

• Support content distribution across various platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and visibility

• Support on converting current formats into video assets

• Monitor and analyze video content performance, using insights to optimize future content strategies

Influencer and Organization Engagement:

• Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with influencers/creators and organizations aligned with NaTakallam’s mission

• Execute influencer and partner campaigns and collaborations (think “stitch-able content”) to enhance brand visibility and impact

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Comms, Social Media & Marketing Officer, Designer, and other team members to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts

• Provide support for social media management and content creation as needed

Skills and Experience

• Finger on the pulse of what makes viral video content - and how to engage with other creators in the space

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in digital content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively

• Understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools

• Passion for social impact, education, language learning, cultural exchange, and/or social entrepreneurship sectors

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and project management skills

Compensation

• This is a freelance contract position (25-30 hours/week) offering flexibility and autonomy in your work.
• Compensation of $1,500-$2,000 per month depending on experience level.
