Graphic Design Internship



Position: Graphic design intern

Part time: 10 hours/week 

Location:  Fully remote

Reporting to: Marketing & Social Media Officer

Start date: ASAP

Core responsibilities:

• Creating visuals for social and blog posts
• Proposing improvements and creative ideas
• Creating and updating various marketing and events collateral
  
• Ensuring the respect of brand guidelines and the integrity of our brand identity
  
• Attending weekly team meetings (online)
• Complete other relevant projects as assigned

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Current student or recent graduate in design, marketing, advertising or closely related field (bachelor’s level or vocational training with a solid portfolio)
  
• Solid knowledge of Canva or Photoshop
• Knowledge of the different social media channels: FB, IG, TW, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok
  
• Creative, self-motivated, organized and highly attentive to detail
• Quick learner, proactive and responsive
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility and ability to work independently in a fast-paced and non-traditionally structured environment
• Ability to communicate well with others and maintain a professional demeanor
• Commitment to the mission of NaTakallam

Desired Skills:

• Ease/experience working abroad or remotely
• Globally curious/oriented mindset
• Interest in the area of social entrepreneurship
• Proficiency in Arabic/French/Persian/Spanish is a bonus
• The ideal candidate will be energetic, task-oriented, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

We offer our interns free access to NaTakallam’s one-on-one individual sessions in Arabic, Armenian, French, Kurdish, Persian, Russian, Spanish or Ukrainian. You’ll experience the unique NaTakallam language learning, get to know our language tutors, and see the direct (and growing) impact you have on their livelihood as part of our team.

Higher consideration will be given to candidates who can commit to 6 months or more, with the availability during some EU work hours for contact time and weekly meetings.
