NaTakallam (“We Speak” in Arabic) is an award-winning social enterprise that offers high-quality, curated language services delivered by refugees and conflict-affected communities through the digital economy.
To date, NaTakallam has enabled displaced people to self-generate more than US $5 million in income. NaTakallam’s 780+ translators and tutors have worked with 37,000+ individual users in 100+ countries, as well as 300+ companies, organizations, and universities.

Part-time: 10–15 hours/week
Location: Fully remote
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Start date: February 1, 2025
Duration: 4–6 months
The intern’s primary duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting with tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics
Supporting paid advertising campaigns (training provided)
Conducting SEO and keyword research
Researching partnerships and growth opportunities
Preparing weekly performance summaries and insights
Supporting experimentation and optimization initiatives
Attending a weekly online team meeting
Current student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets
Curiosity about growth, funnels, and experimentation
Self-directed and eager to learn
Commitment to NaTakallam’s mission
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or SEO tools
Experience with data analysis or dashboards
Interest in startup growth and experimentation
Research experience
Build hands-on experience in content creation and brand storytelling
Collaborate with an international, mission-driven team

This is a non-paid internship. NaTakallam offers interns free access to one-on-one language sessions in Arabic, Armenian, French, Kurdish, Persian, Russian, Spanish, or Ukrainian.
Higher consideration will be given to candidates able to commit to 6 months or more, with some availability during EU working hours.
