About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other key digital advertising channels. If you have a passion for performance marketing, analytics, and driving ROI through strategic ad placements, this freelance opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Setup:

  • Develop and execute effective advertising strategies tailored to client goals.

  • Plan, create, and launch paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other digital channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, or TikTok.

Campaign Management:

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

  • Continuously test creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.

  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and recommend actionable improvements.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.

  • Provide NaTakallam with regular reports and actionable insights to refine future campaigns.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop engaging ad visuals and copy that align with brand messaging and campaign goals.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, or similar.

  • Ability to interpret data and deliver actionable recommendations.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate on ad visuals and copy.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of remarketing/retargeting strategies and audience segmentation.

  • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns is a plus.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with other platforms such as Tiktok ads and programmatic advertising.

  • Basic graphic design or copywriting skills.

  • Certification in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other advertising platforms.


Compensation and Logistics

The position is a remote-based, part-time contractor role (around 20 hrs a week) with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position.

Flexible work hours, but must be available to connect regularly with colleagues and partners in various time zones across the US, Europe, and the Middle East typically in the morning


Compensation: USD 800/month
