About NaTakallam Business-to-Business Language Learning Programs:
NaTakallam has partnered with 300+ schools and universities to provide a range of globally focused and academic enriching opportunities, designed to enhance student learning in various ways. These programs include cultural exchange, language learning with native speakers, and guest speaker sessions on issues related to forced displacement. Our Business-to-Business Language Learning Department made great strides in supplying educational opportunities to university and K12 school students in the United States and now looks to expand our partnerships with international organizations (NGOs & Corporations) and education institutions. For this reason, NaTakallam is dedicating significant efforts to reaching more students and language learners in 2025, especially those who would not have opportunities for cultural exchange or specific language studies otherwise.
Purpose of the Internship:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Outreach and Marketing Intern to support our B2B program development and partnership-building efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in research, outreach, program coordination, marketing, and customer relationship management within a global, impact-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct research on academic networks, NGOs, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to inform outreach strategies and program development.
● Support B2B outreach initiatives, including personalized email campaigns and follow-ups.
● Assist with marketing and communications, creating visually appealing content for presentations, social media, and promotional materials.
● Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and tracking partnership engagement.
Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Strong interest in program coordination, customer support, business development, or marketing.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
● Ability to work part-time or full-time, averaging ~20 hours/week.
Skills:
● Familiarity with Airtable, Excel, Canva, and CRM tools (Salesmate or similar).
● Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
● Organized, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
● Basic marketing, design, or social media content creation skills.
Duration:
● This internship requires a commitment of at least 3 months, with a strong preference for candidates who can commit to 6 months.
