Video Marketing Internship

Position: Video Marketing Intern (unpaid but with perks)

Part-time: 15 hours/week 

Location:  Fully remote

Reporting to: Social Media Officer

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 4-6 months

Core responsibilities:

The weekly duties include but are not limited to:

• Craft engaging video content aligned with NaTakallam’s style and audience
• Support content ideation and research for our content calendar
• Stay updated on trends and suitable content for NaTakallam
• Respond to comments, engage with viewers, and foster a sense of community
• Research and employ appropriate hashtags to amplify video reach
• Monitor video performance and gather insights for content enhancement
• Attend weekly calls with the team (remotely)
• Other ad-hoc and/or relevant tasks, as assigned

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Current university student or a recent graduate (bachelor’s level or hands-on experience with a solid portfolio)
• Experience with video creation and editing skills, including the use of filters, transitions, effects and sound syncing
• Excellent research skills for sourcing content aligned with NaTakallam's social media guidelines
• Knowledge of the different social media channels, notably TikTok, Instagram and/or YouTube
• Self-motivated, organized and highly attentive to detail 
• Creative, brings new ideas to the table
• Quick learner and efficient
• Flexibility and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to communicate well with others and maintain a professional demeanor
• Commitment to the mission of NaTakallam

Desired Skills:

• Ease/experience working abroad or remotely
• Globally curious/oriented mindset
• Research experience/customer service is a plus
• Interest in areas of social entrepreneurship, cultures and languages
• Proficiency in Arabic/French/Persian/Spanish is a bonus

Higher consideration will be given to candidates who can commit to 6 months or more, with the availability during some EU work hours for contact time and weekly meetings.
